Meet the Team

Laura Dowling
Laura has over 16 years’ experience working in disability services. She is an Adjunct Teaching Fellow in Trinity College Dublin where she teaches Disability Studies on the Occupational Therapy course. She also works as Senior Advocate for the National Advocacy Service.
Laura previously as a Human Rights Education & Training Project Manager for the Open Training College and began her career as a Social Care Worker in frontline Disability Services. Laura prides herself in helping learners engage with hard subjects and self-reflect in a positive way, leaving them feeling energised and inspired.

Eve Roseingrave
Eve works as the Values Co-ordinator in an organisational change role in a large disability service. She has both undergraduate and post graduate degrees in Occupational Therapy. She has a background in disability research having worked as Senior Research Project Manager for Summer Foundation in Australia.
Eve has also worked as a Social Prescriber, an Occupational Therapist and began her career in a direct support role in a Disability Service. Eve is an engaging facilitator who prides herself in using evidence based approaches and her evaluation skills.
